1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Animate Cover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Animate Cover is an online tool that transforms album cover images into short animated videos suitable for Spotify Canvas. Users upload an image, describe the desired animation, and receive a generated video file.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Each video generation costs $2.99 USD, payable via Stripe. Payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of digital content and AI generation, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if the Service fails to deliver the output.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images you upload. You are granted a license to use the generated video output for personal or commercial purposes, including on Spotify and other platforms.

You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, promotes hate speech, or violates any applicable law.

6. Content You Upload

You represent that you have the right to upload any image you submit. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences that may arise from its publication.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated videos will meet your specific requirements or be accepted by any third-party platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animate Cover and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
